cherryblossoms.jpgHello Everyone,

My fall teaching schedule is now available.  Just go to the calendar section of the site.

The Meditation Level II workshop was a tremendous success. We challenged our most deeply held beliefs about what God is and our relationship to the Divine within, the great “I AM.”  Our intention was to move away from these and other mental concepts and into a feeling state of union with our Source.  You cannot think about God and be in a state of conscious union God at the same time.  I will definitely be teaching another Level II workshop in the Winter Quarter.

Currently I am working on finishing a book.   I am very excited about this project and plan on posting excerpts from it by the end of September on the blog and would love your comments.

I pray that you are all well.

Love,

Krista

Thank you for your kind words. Anything that helps you to trust and develop your intuition will help connect you to your angels and guides.

In addition to meditation and journaling, I love to use tarot and self-help cards. Your interpretion of the symbols and images is a very powerful tool to connect you to the deeper aspects of your consciousness which is where all of this mystical stuff is happening.

Since you are seeking to connect with your angels I would use an angel deck. Find one that really apeals to you, one that makes you feel happy when you look at them.

Then here’s what you can do:
Sit still, close your eyes, and hold your cards in your hands. Say a prayer or invocation welcoming your angel guides. Then take three deep cleansing breaths. Imagine your angels all around you. In your minds eye you are in the center of a sacred circle filled with love and understanding. Be careful not to get too hung up on seeing them clearly what’s important is that you know they are there. Now, feel the weight of the cards in your hands and shuffle them slowly with your question in mind. Make sure that your question is an open ended one. I like to ask, “what do I need for today?” Keep your attention on your cards and when you feel ready, fan them out in front of you face down. Go over the cards with your dominant hand and let your intuition tell you where to stop. Take one or three cards. Turn them over and sit quietly for a few moments. Let the images wash over you. What’s your first impression? I like to journal how the cards make me feel and then I look up their meaning. Be grateful to your angels for their loving communication. Then close your circle by imagining them bowing respectfully and then leaving. Then go on with your day knowing that your guides are always with you.

Boy, I wrote a lot more than I intended, maybe we both needed it. Thanks for your question and good luck :-)

I’d have to give the go-ahead with you here. Which is not something I usually do! I really like reading a post that will make people think. Also, thanks for allowing me to speak my mind!
