Meet Krista
What makes me so uniquely qualified to teach and to write about meditation, mindfulness and wellness is the fact that amidst the everyday challenges of life (kids, hormones, traffic, etc…), I enjoy a tremendous amount of inner peace, love and wellbeing. Make no mistake I am not a guru and I’m certainly not perfect, but I have learned through the practice of meditation and mindfulness how to stand in the refuge of my being no matter what life throws at me. What I’m describing is not a mystical state, but a natural state of alert awareness that is available to everyone.
My philosophy for teaching meditation and mindfulness is simple: One, that the variety of breathing, visualization and mindfulness techniques not only feel good but are realistic, easy to do and applicable to your present lifestyle. Two, to teach you how to begin and sustain a meditation practice at home. And three that by healing our own hearts and minds we bring healing to our families and the world.
I write and I teach because it is a joy for me to be able to share what I’ve learned on how to live mindfully, love fully and breathe deeply. I hope to have the opportunity to share the joys of meditation and mindfulness with you.
Sincerely,
