Guided Meditation and Journaling for Relaxation Workshops
Friday June 18th, July 23rd, and August 20th
6:00-8:00PM
$18 per workshop

I am very excited to introduce this workshop to Beach Cities. Journaling is a wonderful companion to a meditation practice, and it is easy and fun to do. During each class you’ll be given writing prompts to get you started. Journaling will help you to move beyond your conditioned thoughts readying you for a deeper meditative experience.

As always, there will be short lessons on how to achieve long term stress relief and mindfulness techniques to eliminate persistent negative thoughts and feelings. You will learn how to live a healthier, happier life using meditation, journaling, visualization, and mindfulness practices. You’ll leave this workshop feeling empowered, refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired!

This workshop is ideal for all levels.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal and a pen.

Event Held at:

514 N. Prospect Ave., Redondo Beach, CA 90277

My partner and I really enjoyed reading this blog post, I was just itching to know do you trade featured posts? I am always trying to find someone to make trades with and merely thought I would ask.

This blog seems to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It gives a nice individual spin on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to post about is the most important thing.
