Four Week Workshop

During this four week series you will learn how to use Meditation, Journaling, Tarot and Numerology to connect with the Still Small Voice Within. This is not a fortune telling class, this is a class where you will learn to use estoeric tools and methods to move deeper into the ultimate mystery of the Universe, YOU. I am very, very excited about this workshop. I hope you will join me.

Cost: $145.00 for the entire series or $40.00 per class

Wednesday Evenings
Meditation from 7:30 to 8:30 PM
Optional Journaling from 7:00 to 7:20 PM

This class will include a series of guided meditations and silent meditation. The class is designed to help you relax, manage stress and anxiety, be more focused and present AND help you to deepen your connection with Source/Universe/God/Whatever through the practice of silent meditaiton and contemplation.

**This quarter I have added a journaling portion to the class. Journaling is optional but highly recommended. You will be given writing prompts and guidance to help you either begin a journaling practice or deepen your practice.

This class is appropriate for all levels.

Cost: $45 for the series or $7 per class
