Join with others around the globe in recognition of World Peace Day. The afternoon will include a light lunch, Kirtan music provided by BhaktiMa, and a moving flag ceremony where together we will pray, “May Peace Prevail on Earth,” for all nations (sponsored by the World Peace Prayer Society.

Meditation from 7:30 to 8:30 PM
Optional Journaling from 7:00 to 7:20 PM

This class will include a series of guided meditations and silent meditation. The class is designed to help you relax, manage stress and anxiety, be more focused and present AND help you to deepen your connection with Source/Universe/God/Whatever through the practice of silent meditaiton and contemplation.

**This quarter I have added a journaling portion to the class. Journaling is optional but highly recommended. You will be given writing prompts and guidance to help you either begin a journaling practice or deepen your practice.

This class is appropriate for all levels.

Cost: $45 for the series or $7 per class
