Wednesdays, from 7:30 to 8:30 PM, Krista will be teaching a 10 week Guided Meditation and Visualization class through the Beach Cities Health District located in Redondo Beach.

During this class you’ll not only experience the relaxing and healing benefits of practicing meditation, you’ll also be learning about the energy centers of the body (the chakras), and how to create balance and harmony in your life through the practice of mindfulness.

This class is especially beneficial to those who find meditation difficult.

Woman’s Wisdom Circle Meditation and Journaling Workshop

During this workshop you’ll learn how to access your innate wisdom and natural intuitive abilities with contemplative meditation, guided imagery, journaling and group discussion. Improve your relationships, have a more positive self image and be more creative by learning how to uncover the wellspring of natural wisdom within you.

All New Meditation Class beginning Friday from 4 to 5 PM in the afternoon. Krista will be teaching an 8 week Guided Meditation class through the Beach Cities Health District located in Redondo Beach.

Learn how to eliminate stress and anxiety, become more present, focused and joyful through the practice of meditation and mindfulness. This class is very helpful to those who find sitting meditation difficult.

The Practice of Saying, “Yes”

Each one of us is a unique and sacred expression of Life… more varied and complex than a handful of snowflakes and just as whole, pure, and perfect. Unfortunately most of us have lost our sense of divine individuality. We have buried our distinctiveness and shoved aside what feels true and right for us, in lieu of maintaining the heresies that others have told us about who we are and who we should be. If you’re reading this article it’s because you’re ready to reclaim your truth, your authenticity, and your audacity.

Spiritual truth arises as a feeling. Feelings are truth tellers; they are your emotions, intuitions, gut feelings, prickly sensations on the back of your neck. Knowing that you are not living and being authentic to your dreams, desires and intuitions is acknowledging the truth that wants to express Itself through you. Whether you do something about it or not, will depend on how courageous you are in embracing an unknown way of being and living.

The biggest block to being authentic is thinking about whom you “should be” or what you “should be doing” rather than who you are or what you are doing presently. “Should be” takes our attention away from fully experiencing the present moment, to a cultural mind-made fantasy of how we think life should be.
